Health Foundation of La Porte (HFL) announces its 2024 Cycle 2 grants awarded. A total of 42 grants were awarded with a total amount approved for 2024 and 2025 of $2,991,188. With these grants, HFL has invested more than $47 million in the La Porte County community since 2017.
